Terms of Service — GoFull

These Terms govern use of GoFull, its browser extension, and related account, website, and billing services provided through Chromextensions (the “Service,” “we,” or “us”). By using GoFull, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required in your country. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms; where required, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. Purchases require authority to use the payment method. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it.
Keep your account and device secure and provide accurate account information. Some features work without signing in; trials and paid access are linked to your signed-in account. Use the same account on the website and extension. Account access does not provide cloud backup of local captures.
2. Capture, editing, and recording
GoFull provides webpage screenshots, annotations, image editing, GIF and video recording, whiteboards, local history, and exports. Available options depend on your plan, browser, device, permissions, and source content.
You are responsible for obtaining permission to capture, record, edit, or share content, including other people's personal information or audio. Respect copyright, confidentiality, website terms, and applicable recording laws. Access to content does not necessarily give you permission to redistribute it.
Review your output before using or sharing it. Protected pages, moving elements, very large pages, hardware limits, and destination-app behavior can affect capture, stitching, playback, or export. Resolution and frame-rate options do not guarantee that every device or page can achieve those settings. Blur is an editing effect, not a guarantee that sensitive information cannot be inferred; remove sensitive content when disclosure would be harmful.
3. Free use and the Pro trial
Free features include screenshot capture, basic editing and freeform crop, screenshot export-quality choices and printing, local capture history, and a single-page whiteboard without an account. Free recording limits currently include 10 seconds, up to 1280 pixels on the longest edge, and up to 30 FPS. The initial 25 FPS recording default is within those limits; it is not a promise of the achieved capture rate.
Eligible accounts receive a two-month Pro trial on sign-in. It requires no card and does not automatically charge you when it ends. Trial eligibility is tied to the account; signing out, reinstalling, or signing back in does not create a new trial entitlement.
When a trial or paid entitlement ends, Free features remain available and new Pro-only actions require renewed access. Existing whiteboard pages can still be edited with Free tools and exported individually; multi-page whiteboard batch exports and adding pages require Pro. Existing custom templates can still be managed, while creating or duplicating a custom template requires Pro. An unedited original video download remains available without Pro when the original recording is still available. Losing Pro does not intentionally delete local work. Keep your own exports: local data is not guaranteed to survive uninstallation, storage clearing, or device failure.
4. Paid plans and prices
GoFull currently offers:
- Monthly — $2.99/month: renews monthly until cancelled.
- Yearly — $29.99/year: renews yearly until cancelled.
- Lifetime — $39.99 once: no recurring renewal.
All prices above are in USD before applicable taxes. All paid plans include the Pro feature set shown on the GoFull page. Review the final amount, currency, and billing schedule presented at checkout before authorizing payment. Any future price changes are subject to required notice and applicable law.
You may purchase during a trial. A paid purchase is not automatically deferred until the trial ends, and unused trial time is not promised as an additional paid period. Lifetime is a one-time Pro purchase, not a promise that every third-party service or future separate product will be included.
5. Payment verification and digital delivery
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record under the Dodo Payments buyer terms. Applicable taxes and payment information are handled in checkout. We do not store full payment card details.
By confirming a recurring purchase, you authorize charges on the schedule shown until cancellation takes effect. GoFull is delivered digitally; no physical product is shipped. Paid access activates after successful payment verification. Opening checkout, returning from checkout, or seeing a processing message does not by itself establish that payment succeeded.
If you have a receipt but access is missing, check Account & plan and contact support before purchasing again. Failed or unpaid renewals can cause paid access to end. Test-mode transactions are not live purchases.
6. Cancellation, refunds, and disputes
To stop Monthly or Yearly renewal, email support@chromextensions.com from the email address connected to your GoFull account at least 48 hours before renewal. Include your plan and order or transaction ID, if available. We verify the account, arrange cancellation at the end of the current paid period, and send confirmation with the paid-through date. Cancellation takes effect only once confirmed by us or the payment provider. Pro continues through the paid period. Lifetime has no renewal to cancel.
Manage billing, when available in Account & plan, provides access to payment-provider billing records and payment-method options. Our support email is the cancellation and refund request route; access to a self-service cancellation button is not required. Signing out, uninstalling, deleting local data, or closing checkout does not cancel an existing subscription.
Payments are generally non-refundable after digital access has been delivered, except where required by law or approved case by case by us or Dodo Payments under its buyer terms. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment, and a refund does not automatically cancel future renewal. Request and obtain confirmation for each action separately.
A full refund revokes paid access associated with the refunded payment once the verified refund is reflected in your account. A partial refund can also affect that paid access; we confirm the effect when handling the request. Another valid paid entitlement or an unexpired trial is not automatically removed by that refund. Disputed payments can affect the associated access while reviewed. Approved refunds are issued by the provider to the original payment method, with provider and bank processing times applying.
We typically respond to cancellation, refund, and billing requests within 3–4 business days. This is not a guarantee of cancellation before an imminent renewal; submit requests early and keep the confirmation.
See the Cancellation & Refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or undelivered services where applicable.
7. Your content and acceptable use
You retain any rights you have in captures, imported files, annotations, recordings, and other content you use with GoFull. You permit processing needed to perform the functions you request. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us or grant permission to publish your private captures.
Do not use GoFull unlawfully, infringe others' rights, distribute malicious content, evade payment or trial restrictions, disrupt our services, or attempt unauthorized access. Reasonable security and technical limits may apply to protect the Service. GoFull software, branding, and other service materials remain protected by their owners' intellectual-property rights; third-party components may have separate licenses.
8. Privacy and third-party services
The Privacy policy explains local storage, account data, permissions, and service providers. Chrome, Google sign-in, payment services, and websites you capture operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or every change they make.
9. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep GoFull usable and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free captures, or compatibility with every website and device. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and keeping backups. We may update features or suspend access for security, fraud, unlawful use, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law and required notice.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. This does not exclude liability or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, or rights you have as a consumer. Any discontinuation of paid services remains subject to applicable law and purchase obligations.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms, identify the revision date, and provide additional notice where required. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can investigate; this does not prevent you from using other remedies available under applicable law.
