Privacy policy — GoFull

GoFull helps you capture webpages, edit screenshots, record GIFs and videos, and create whiteboards. This policy covers the GoFull extension, its account and billing services, and GoFull pages on chromextensions.com. Third-party websites and services also have their own privacy policies.
1. Captures and local editing
Screenshots, recordings, imported images, annotations, whiteboards, and templates are processed locally by the extension. The current capture and editing features do not upload this media to our servers for processing or cloud backup.
GoFull accesses the page or recording source needed for an action you start. Captures can contain anything visible in the selected area, including personal information. Audio is included only when you select a supported audio-recording option and grant any required permission. GIF files do not contain audio.
Local history can include a source page address, title, capture time, and media dimensions. Optional Pro capture details can add website name, URL, browser, operating system, date, time, and viewport size to exported files. This overlay is off by default, and URL parameters are excluded by default. If you enable parameters, recognized sensitive parameter names are redacted, but other private information can remain in a URL. Review your exports before sharing them.
2. Browser storage and preferences
GoFull stores captures, editor assets, templates, settings, and language preferences in browser-managed storage. Extension authentication sessions are stored separately from capture/history data, in an extension-origin account database. Local files and preferences are associated with that browser profile, not a cloud-synced capture library. Signing into another device does not restore this device's capture history, whiteboards, templates, or preferences.
Signing out clears account access but does not intentionally delete your local captures or ordinary preferences. Pro-only settings may reset to Free-compatible values when access ends. Deleting history, clearing extension data, or uninstalling can remove local work. Download files you want to keep. Exported files and clipboard content are outside GoFull's control once another application receives them.
3. Account and plan information
When you sign in, GoFull uses Google sign-in through Supabase to handle your email address, provider account identifier, available profile information, and session tokens. Our account service stores trial eligibility and dates, account identifiers, and the plan information needed to verify Free, trial, or paid access.
We use these records to authenticate you, prevent repeated trial activation, validate Pro features, and connect a verified purchase to the correct account. Capture media is not needed for these plan checks.
4. Payments
Dodo Payments handles checkout and acts as Merchant of Record. It may collect your billing name, email, address, payment details, and tax information. GoFull receives the customer, checkout, order, payment, and subscription identifiers and statuses needed to manage access, renewals, refunds, and disputes. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled by email support. We use the account email, plan, order or transaction ID, and request details you provide to verify the purchase and coordinate the request with Dodo Payments. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords, or sign-in codes. See the Cancellation & Refund policy.

5. Permissions and page access
GoFull requests browser capabilities for its user-facing functions:
- Active tab, site access, and scripting: access and scroll the page you choose, show capture controls, and capture page content. Broad site access lets these tools work across websites; it is not a feature for collecting your browsing history.
- Tabs and navigation: coordinate capture and editor tabs and respond to page navigation during those workflows.
- Tab capture and offscreen processing: record a selected tab and process media outside the visible popup.
- Downloads and clipboard writing: save or copy output according to your action or selected setting.
- Storage and unlimited storage: retain local settings and potentially large capture assets, subject to device and browser limits.
- Identity: complete browser-based account sign-in.
You can manage site access and other permissions in Chrome. Disabling a required permission can stop the corresponding feature from working.
6. Website analytics, security, and support
Our website uses Vercel Web Analytics for page views and interaction events. This is separate from the extension's local capture history. See Vercel's analytics privacy information.
Website, authentication, and API hosting services may process request metadata such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, request paths, and errors for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Browser storage is also used to maintain sign-in and interface preferences. Payment and authentication services may use their own cookies or storage.
If you contact support, we receive the message, contact details, purchase information, and attachments you send. Send only what is needed and redact sensitive content. We do not need your password, sign-in codes, or full card details.
7. Sharing and permitted use
We use authentication, database, hosting, analytics, and payment providers to operate GoFull. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to address fraud or security issues, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards and notice where required.
We do not sell your capture content or use it for advertising. We do not send your captures to AI providers for model training. GoFull's use of information obtained through browser capabilities is limited to its disclosed functionality and follows the Chrome Web Store user-data requirements.
8. Retention, security, and your choices
Local media remains in browser-managed storage until removed by you, the extension's history controls, or browser storage management. It is not a guaranteed backup. Account, trial, security, and billing records are retained as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or accounting requirements. Some records may need to remain after an account-deletion request.
We use access controls and encrypted network connections for account and billing services. No device, storage system, or network can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. Email support from your account address to make an account-data request; we may need to verify your identity and applicable retention obligations. There is no promise that signing out or uninstalling deletes server-side account and billing records. Account deletion does not itself cancel a subscription, and we cannot remotely retrieve or delete downloaded files or another app's copies. Request cancellation separately if needed.
9. Children and policy updates
GoFull is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required locally. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to our account services. We may update this policy as the product changes, with additional notice where required.
